"Egyptian Ella"
This video which I share with you is from the weekend just gone.
It is of my teacher Azura dancing to the Cairo Club Orchestra's "Egyptian Ella" at a local carnival.
Best thing ever about this piece... we're learning it. You can't imagine my glee about doing this. Imagine a small child bouncing on the spot all hyped up on red cordial and multiply that by 100 and you're getting close. :D

I can totally understand your glee- I'm choreographing to this piece for a performance in September, and it's just SO MUCH FUN!!
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love your teacher's interpretation of it, and the blend of silliness and skill she's got going on there. Plenty of inspiration for my own work there!
Oh she is lovely! Great stage presence as well! Think this has made my day!
