So... I'm working on this bra - using Naima's sew along as a guide. But I've hit a point where I need some help. The original plan I had for the bra was to have two layers of beaded fringing. I've put on the first one, put the line on where the second one will go (so i know the area I have to sequin/play with) and when i pin it on, I'm now not sure if it looks good or if it looks Stripper-esque.

So now I ask you. Good? Bad? Other? Please give me your feedback.

The current look of it.

With the second layer of beaded fringe.

Excuse my black shirt under it. I've got some gems to put on the top and wrap in the gold beads/sequins plus another large gem to go between the cups in the centre.

  1. You have a nice deep v-neck line but the fringe seems to cut it right across the middle (visually). I think the fringe should follow the shape of the neck line more. More of a v shape and less of a saggy curve across the middle. At least on top. Not sure about the bottom layer.
